Large repairs are handed off to dedicated install professionals so you can stay focused on serving more homeowners.

Location: Victoria, Texas
Run residential HVAC service calls throughout Victoria and the surrounding communities.
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and thorough system evaluations.
Complete truck-stock repairs such as capacitors, contractors, and other minor repairs.
Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally so homeowners can make informed decisions.
Generate HVAC system replacement opportunities through honest recommendations and strong customer communication.
Track key performance metrics including average ticket, close rate, and daily call volume.
Maintain accurate documentation using ServiceTitan or a comparable field service management platform.
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, installers, and office staff.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high workmanship standards and minimizing callbacks.

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
Proven success presenting options and generating HVAC sales
EPA Certification required
Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience recommending repairs and replacement solutions professionally
Experience using ServiceTitan or a similar dispatch/field service CRM
Comfortable tracking personal performance metrics including close rate, average ticket, and calls per day
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Able to work independently throughout a residential service route
Availability to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to continuous technical and sales development
