On-target earnings of $200,000 to $250,000 annually
$750 weekly retainer/safety net if weekly commissions do not exceed $750

Monday through Friday schedule
Typical first call begins at 8:00 AM, with the workday generally ending around 5:00 PM
Rotating full-week on-call schedule (Monday through Sunday)
Technicians typically run approximately three residential service calls per day
Spend your day diagnosing systems and helping homeowners make informed decisions instead of getting tied up in lengthy repairs.
Major repair work is transferred to installation professionals so you can stay productive.
Ongoing sales coaching and advanced technical training.
Manufacturer certifications and continuing education support.

Perform residential HVAC service throughout the Victoria service area.
Diagnose HVAC system issues accurately.
Complete truck stock repairs as appropriate.
Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally.
Recommend HVAC equipment replacements when needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit.
Document work using Housecall Pro or a comparable dispatch CRM.
Monitor and improve personal KPIs including close rate, average ticket, and production.
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and teammates.
Maintain high-quality workmanship while representing the company professionally.

Universal EPA 608 Certification required
Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
Experience recommending HVAC equipment replacements
Experience using Housecall Pro or a similar dispatch CRM
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently throughout a residential service route
Commitment to continuous technical and sales development
Valid driver's license
Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges
Availability for a rotating full-week (Monday through Sunday) on-call schedule
