Your New Role

• Meet with homeowners throughout Austin, TX, and surrounding areas, including Spicewood, where our office is located

• Evaluate residential HVAC replacement and upgrade opportunities

• Assess heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate equipment

• Present and sell Mitsubishi, Carrier, and other residential HVAC solutions

• Perform or interpret Manual J load calculations to support proper system sizing

• Evaluate airflow, heat pump applications, energy efficiency, and system performance

• Explain equipment options, installation requirements, and system recommendations to homeowners

• Prepare sales proposals and guide customers through purchasing decisions

• Coordinate with service technicians, installation crews, and operations staff to ensure accurate project handoffs

• Follow up with customers, address questions, and maintain professional relationships

• Previous residential HVAC sales experience

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC equipment, system design, and sizing

• Experience selling Mitsubishi and/or Carrier HVAC systems

• Working knowledge of Manual J load calculations

• Understanding of residential airflow requirements and heat pump applications

• Familiarity with high-efficiency HVAC equipment and residential comfort solutions

• Ability to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate heating and cooling systems

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Previous experience as an HVAC Service Technician is preferred

• Experience selling HVAC systems for high-end residential properties is preferred

• Experience coordinating with HVAC installation and service teams is preferred
