Your New Role:

• Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning equipment and associated controls.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service and attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Handle a physical workload of at least 50 LBS.

• 4-5 years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Outgoing personality suitable for a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
• Physical ability to handle workloads of at least 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
