Your New Role:

• Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems and related controls
• Apply expert problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and effective solutions
• Provide outstanding customer service to homeowners, ensuring their satisfaction
• Attend periodic manufacturer training sessions to stay at the top of your game
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while managing a physical workload (at least 50 lbs)

• Compensation: $20-$26 per hour based on your technical ability, plus commission. Average earnings are around $70,000, with high performers earning much more.

• 4-5 years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering top-tier customer service
• Outgoing personality suited for fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
• Ability to manage physical workloads of at least 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
