Your New Role

As an HVAC Residential Installer with RKM, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing HVAC systems according to specifications and standards
• Working after hours, including some weekends and holidays, to serve customer needs
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and lasting relationships
• Using your mechanical skills for installations and routine manual labor
• Accessing and updating work orders with basic computer skills
• Continuously learning and improving techniques and staying up-to-date on HVAC tech
• Inspecting, repairing, and replacing equipment to maintain top performance and safety
• Communicating effectively with coworkers and customers

• Experience: 2+ years in HVAC residential installation
• Certification: HVAC degree (EPA) or equivalent
• License: Valid local driver’s license with an acceptable record
• Background Check: Acceptable background record required
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, and excellent customer service abilities
• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical workload, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks that involve standing, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
• Availability: Willingness to work on rotational on-call and occasional weekends
• Other: Must pass random drug testing and be authorized to work in the US
