Your New Role
As an HVAC Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and completing estimates for assigned mechanical projects.
- Coordinating bid preparation, including proposal specifications and drawings.
- Managing overall project profitability by monitoring costs and ensuring timelines are met.
- Supervising field staff, coordinating project tooling and equipment, and resolving project issues.
- Utilizing software like BlueBeam, CAD, and Microsoft Office for project management and estimations.
- Visiting job sites to ensure progress aligns with schedules and attending weekly site meetings.
- Providing senior management with detailed monthly project reports and closing documents.

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in estimating and project management for commercial/industrial projects.
- Expertise in conceptual, plan, and spec estimating.
- Proficiency in project management tools: BlueBeam, CAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
