Play a direct role in the company's continued growth and success
Serve homeowners throughout New York City and the surrounding metro area
Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations and residential comfort assessments
Convert qualified leads into residential HVAC installation projects
Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and energy-efficiency solutions
Educate homeowners on HVAC systems, equipment options, rebates, incentives, and financing opportunities when applicable
Develop and present customized HVAC proposals and estimates
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Manage your sales pipeline, follow-ups, and customer communication
Consistently work toward sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
HVAC sales experience, HVAC industry knowledge, or related residential home services experience strongly preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
Experience conducting in-home consultations, estimates, or customer-facing sales presentations preferred
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities effectively
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
