Your New Role

  • Serve homeowners throughout New York City and the surrounding metro area

  • Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations and residential comfort assessments

  • Convert qualified leads into residential HVAC installation projects

  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and energy-efficiency solutions

  • Educate homeowners on HVAC systems, equipment options, rebates, incentives, and financing opportunities when applicable

  • Develop and present customized HVAC proposals and estimates

  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and service

  • Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Manage your sales pipeline, follow-ups, and customer communication

  • Consistently work toward sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

  • HVAC sales experience, HVAC industry knowledge, or related residential home services experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

  • Experience conducting in-home consultations, estimates, or customer-facing sales presentations preferred

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities effectively

  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable transportation

  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, accountability, and customer service excellence
