Your New Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll:

• Install heaters and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial properties.

• Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

• Coordinate and lead team members on-site for efficient and effective installations.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

• Collaborate with customers to deliver a professional and satisfying experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience in residential and light commercial installations.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to work overtime when needed.

• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Certifications preferred but not required.
