Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC system installations in Carrollton, TX 75007

• Oversee full system replacements and new installs from start to finish

• Supervise and support junior installers on the job site

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members

• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency

• Track materials used and complete job documentation accurately

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required

• 2 to 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to reliably commute to Carrollton, TX

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

• Authorization to work in the United States
