Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects in Carrollton, TX 75007

• Complete full system replacements and new installations from start to finish

• Guide and support junior installers on job sites

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members

• Follow safety standards and ensure quality workmanship on every job

• Track materials and complete job documentation accurately

• EPA Refrigerant Certification

• 2 to 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

• Authorization to work in the United States
