Your New Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer based in North Canton, Ohio, you will lead residential HVAC installations within an approximately 40 mile service radius.

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment

• Perform complete system replacements and new installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes

• Oversee job site workflow and ensure high quality workmanship

• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation scope and system operation

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company installation procedures

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

• Support and mentor Installer Assistants when assigned

• Participate in a ride along as part of the interview process

• Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation experience required

• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, installation best practices, and basic sheet metal work

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical job duties

• Basic computer skills for documentation and job tracking

• Ability to commute to North Canton, Ohio and service areas within approximately 40 miles
