Your New Role

As our HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be in charge of top-quality installations, both residential and commercial. Your responsibilities include:

• Expert installation of HVAC equipment with accurate sizing, placement, and alignment for optimal performance.
• Working with duct systems, fabricating, and installing to ensure ideal airflow and ventilation.
• Coordinating with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Leading quality control to ensure every installation is safe, efficient, and meets code standards.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site to keep systems running smoothly.
• Mentoring junior installers to build a strong, skilled team with safety as a top priority.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area for high-quality performance.

• TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) certification or equivalent HVAC certification
• EPA Certification
• Clean driving record
• No felony convictions
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and tools required for HVAC installation and repair
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
