Your New Role

As our HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be the quarterback of our installations, both residential and commercial. You will:

• Install HVAC equipment like a pro, ensuring precise sizing, placement, and alignment to meet customer needs and industry standards.
• Work with duct systems, fabricating and installing them for top-notch airflow and ventilation.
• Partner with project managers and clients to meet deadlines, keep jobs on track, and stay within budget.
• Own quality control, making sure every install is safe, efficient, and up to code.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly, keeping systems running smoothly from day one.
• Mentor junior installers—passing on the knowledge and keeping safety first.
• Keep your work area clean and organized, because a tidy space means a better job.

This Job Is For You If...

• You’re an HVAC expert with at least 3 years of experience under your belt.
• You know your way around Texas regulations and have a valid TDLR license.
• You’ve got a clean driving record, EPA certification, and all the tools of the trade.

• TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) certification or equivalent HVAC certification
• EPA Certification
• No felony convictions
• Must possess tools of the trade required for HVAC installation and repair
• At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
