Your New Role

Based in Owings Mills, Maryland, you’ll:

• Lead and perform commercial HVAC installations: package units, split systems, mini splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, ventilation, and more

• Read and follow blueprints and project documentation with precision

• Maintain safety protocols at all times

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Continuously learn and improve your skills through provided training

• Keep your company vehicle organized and fully stocked for daily assignments

• Travel to various job sites using your company vehicle

• MD HVAC Trade License (Journeyman or Master preferred)

• CFC Certification

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience

• Clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

• Stable work history

• Own necessary hand tools

• Commitment to safety

• Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and safely navigate job sites

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
