What's in it for You?

• Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

• Full-time position

• Company aims to provide at least 40 hours per week, with typical weeks ranging from approximately 40 to 50 hours

• Typical weekday schedule of approximately 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• On-call rotation approximately every 5 to 6 weeks

• Additional overtime opportunities may be available during on-call weeks

Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Installer serving Ocala, FL, and surrounding job sites

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems and equipment

• Remove and replace existing heating and cooling equipment

• Install and connect HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical components, and related system components

• Perform HVAC system start-ups and verify proper operation after installation

• Read and follow installation specifications, plans, and manufacturer requirements

• Troubleshoot HVAC installation issues as they arise

• Complete installations correctly and efficiently with minimal supervision

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Travel to job sites throughout the Ocala area as needed

• Apply your knowledge of HVAC installation, air conditioning systems, heating systems, refrigeration lines, ductwork, system replacement, and residential and commercial HVAC equipment

• At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience

• Commercial HVAC installation experience

• Residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and proper installation practices

• Ability to work independently and complete installations correctly and efficiently

• Ability to commute to Ocala, FL, and surrounding job sites

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Clean driving record for at least 3 years preferred

• Experience installing a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems preferred
