Base pay of $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and work efficiency
Performance incentives tied to installation KPIs, with the incentive structure currently being finalized
Opportunity for at least 40 hours of work per week
Generally Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on workload and customer needs

Work as an HVAC Installer based in San Antonio, TX.
Install HVAC and air conditioning systems safely, efficiently, and to company quality expectations.
Complete assigned HVAC installation work with a focus on workmanship, productivity, and meeting project expectations.
Use your field experience to keep installations moving without cutting corners.
Work effectively as part of the installation and HVAC service team as workloads and project needs change.
Follow company processes and performance standards tied to installation quality and efficiency.
Help the company complete more HVAC installations while maintaining the workmanship customers expect.
Perform residential HVAC installation tasks including equipment replacement, refrigerant piping, ductwork, electrical connections, testing, and system start-up in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.

Previous HVAC installation experience preferred, with compensation based heavily on demonstrated experience and ability
Ability to complete HVAC installation work efficiently while maintaining quality
Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently within your experience level and contribute effectively as part of a field team
Comfortable working in the real-world conditions that come with heating and air conditioning installation
Ability to learn company technology and field processes
ServiceTrade experience is a plus but is not required, and training can be provided
Dependable work habits and a commitment to producing quality HVAC installation work
Valid driver's license, EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, and Texas HVAC Technician Registration
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in typical residential HVAC environments, including attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor areas
Ability to pass a drug screening and provide documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States
