Pay: $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience

Monday through Friday schedule
Typical workday begins at 8:00 AM and generally ends around 5:00 PM
Rotating full-week on-call schedule (Monday through Sunday)
Candidates are expected to provide their own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges

Install new HVAC systems and related equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment
Install ductwork, piping, vents, thermostats, and other HVAC system components
Follow installation plans, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
Test and verify proper system operation after installation
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Complete job documentation accurately and on time
Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors
Perform all work in and around Victoria, TX

Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
Working knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC installation practices
Experience installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Ability to install ductwork, thermostats, piping, vents, and related HVAC components
Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical documents
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license
EPA Section 608 Certification preferred
NATE Certification or equivalent industry certification preferred
Experience installing a variety of HVAC equipment and systems preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Ability to work safely in indoor, outdoor, and varying weather conditions
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
