Your New Role

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in New York City and surrounding areas

• Install central air systems, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders

• Complete refrigerant piping, equipment setup, and electrical connections

• Follow local codes, safety regulations, and company installation standards

• Document job progress and completed work using ServiceTitan

• Maintain organized and professional job sites

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience in residential or light commercial environments

• EPA 608 Certification preferred or willingness to obtain

• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred

• SST card required for NYC job sites

• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift equipment and work in varying job site conditions

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
