Your New Role

As an HVAC Installation Technician in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will:

• Install residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, oil and gas furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems

• Perform complete system replacements, ductwork modifications, and equipment start-ups

• Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure optimal system performance

• Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites

• Deliver outstanding customer service and clearly communicate system operation to homeowners

• Work independently or as part of an installation team to complete projects efficiently

• 3+ years of experience installing residential HVAC systems

• Valid EPA certification (preferred)

• Valid driver's license

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
