Your New Role

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations in Carrollton, TX and within a 10 mile service radius

• Carry, organize, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment for each job

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Follow directions, learn quickly, and apply feedback in real time

• Support efficient, high-quality installation work from start to finish

• Represent the company professionally inside customers’ homes

• 6 months to 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience or currently pursuing an HVAC degree

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade

• Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds and perform physical work regularly

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable using iPad-based field service software

• Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

• Team-oriented mindset with professionalism and reliability
