Your New Role
As an HVAC Helper, you’ll:
- Assist experienced technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues under supervision.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting the delivery of top-quality work.

Job requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong interest in HVAC and eagerness to learn.
- Basic mechanical skills or experience with tools (preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
