Hourly pay range: $25.00-$45.00/hour
Yearly bonus opportunities
Full-time hours: 41-50 hours per week
Weekly schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-10 hour days with a 1-hour lunch)

Lead and manage HVAC crews on new construction residential and commercial job sites in Cedar Park, TX, and the extended service area (within 50 miles of San Antonio, Uvalde, Pearsall)
Serve as the on-site point of contact for general contractor meetings and ensure alignment on project progress
Coordinate digitally using platforms like Procore, ACC, and CxAlloy to track project updates and collaborate with stakeholders
Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure all work complies with plans and HVAC codes
Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and material ordering to keep projects on track
Interpret blueprints and job specs with precision, making real-time decisions as needed
Enforce jobsite safety, lead toolbox talks, and keep your team accountable and efficient

6-10 years of HVAC experience, with proven leadership on new construction job sites
Must hold a valid Journeyman’s License
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, safety protocols, and project scheduling
Proficiency in using project coordination platforms such as Procore, ACC, and CxAlloy
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
