Your New Role

• Lead and manage HVAC crews on new construction residential and commercial job sites in Cedar Park, TX, and the extended service area (within 50 miles of San Antonio, Uvalde, Pearsall)

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for general contractor meetings and ensure alignment on project progress

• Coordinate digitally using platforms like Procore, ACC, and CxAlloy to track project updates and collaborate with stakeholders

• Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure all work complies with plans and HVAC codes

• Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and material ordering to keep projects on track

• Interpret blueprints and job specs with precision, making real-time decisions as needed

• Enforce jobsite safety, lead toolbox talks, and keep your team accountable and efficient

• 6-10 years of HVAC experience, with proven leadership on new construction job sites

• Must hold a valid Journeyman’s License

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, safety protocols, and project scheduling

• Proficiency in using project coordination platforms such as Procore, ACC, and CxAlloy

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
