Coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians across the Long Island, NY service area for maximum efficiency
Manage scheduling, routing, and service requests using ServiceTitan or similar software
Monitor technician progress in real time and adjust schedules as needed
Handle inbound customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide service information
Maintain accurate customer records and oversee invoicing processes
Promote and support service memberships, including renewals and seasonal scheduling
Conduct follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify workflow improvements and communicate solutions to leadership
Support technicians with tools, systems, and operational standards

At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
HVAC or home services industry experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency with dispatch software such as ServiceTitan or similar platforms
High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
An associate degree or additional education is a plus
Knowledge of HVAC, solar, or clean energy systems is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States
