Hourly pay ranging from $28 - $40+ per hour DOE plus spiffs/incentives
Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Summer schedule may extend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 or 8:00 PM, depending on workload
Rotating on-call schedule for emergency service coverage
Spiffs paid on qualifying repairs, upgrades, and system replacements

Commercial refrigeration experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train the right technician
Receive paid training to continue growing your technical skills
Perform commercial and residential HVAC service and maintenance throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas
Diagnose and repair RTUs, split systems, ice machines, and walk-in coolers/freezers
Complete preventive maintenance and filter service work
Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues efficiently
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers and team members
Respond to emergency service calls as part of the rotating on-call schedule
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with EPA and TDLR standards
Deliver professional customer service while representing the company in the field

3–5 years of light commercial/residential HVAC experience
Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, ice machines, and walk-ins
Commercial refrigeration experience preferred but trainable
EPA Certification required
TDLR Certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
Ability to work seasonal overtime and rotating on-call schedules
Strong communication and customer service skills
