Your New Role

• Prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial HVAC and mechanical projects in Denver, Colorado

• Review and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and project requirements

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, equipment quotes, and available rebates

• Forecast labor, material costs, and overall project budgets

• Track and manage bid progress, including change orders and follow-ups

• Support pre-construction planning and value engineering efforts

• Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth project transitions

• Contribute to estimating projects totaling $3M or more in annual revenue

• 7 or more years of estimating experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting

• Proven experience estimating projects totaling $3M or more annually

• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and construction processes

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical specifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills

• CPE or CCE certification is a plus
