Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with a high level of accuracy in Salem, OR
Organize and manage employee files, ensuring compliance with document retention standards
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit procedures
Support recruiting efforts by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate communication
Track attendance and leave records while routing documentation and employee questions appropriately
Assist with benefits administration, including employee communications and enrollment tracking
Respond to employee HR inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Maintain strict confidentiality with all employee and company information
Assist with employee relations documentation and escalate complex matters as needed
Provide backup support for front desk operations, including phones and visitor coordination

Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years in HR support or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with HRIS systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite is preferred
High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks such as typing
