$28 to $38 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: (Available depending on project needs (not guaranteed)

Diverse, specialized work across demolition, excavation, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water services, concrete, and paving
Consistent project pipeline across Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties

Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and rollers in Aston, Pennsylvania, and surrounding counties
Perform cut and fill work, grading, and full site preparation for commercial construction projects
Review daily work plans and blueprints with supervisors to determine efficient equipment operation
Execute fine grading and operate safely in congested or high-traffic job sites
Perform trenching and excavation for utilities and site development scopes
Conduct routine equipment inspections, including cleaning, greasing, and oiling
Follow hand signals and verbal direction to coordinate with crew members on active job sites
Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols
Report to the project superintendent or foreperson and support overall site productivity

Minimum 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in commercial construction environments
Proven experience in excavation, grading, underground utilities, or similar sitework scopes
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and site layouts
Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices
OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
Strong hand, foot, and eye coordination to safely operate heavy machinery
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites
