Your New Role

• Manage and oversee daily job site operations in Sioux Falls, SD

• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans

• Strip work sites, dig footings, backfill, grade, excavate, and place topsoil

• Operate heavy equipment, including dozers, blades, excavators, wheel loaders, and skid loaders

• Maintain a strong focus on productivity, quality, and job site safety

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency throughout the workday

• 2 or more years of heavy equipment operator experience

• Proven experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, or skid steers

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• CDL is helpful but not required

• Commitment to safety, production, and teamwork
