Pay Range: $70,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with weekend work as needed)
Hours: Full-time, 41–50 hours per week with overtime pay available

As a Heavy Equipment Operator in Brockport, NY, you’ll be in the driver’s seat—literally and figuratively. Your main focus will be operating dozers and full-size excavators on various new construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Operate heavy machinery to move earth, clear sites, and prepare for builds
Collaborate closely with your crew—this is not a sit-in-the-cab-and-watch job
Read and interpret blueprints and site diagrams
Keep your equipment clean, maintained, and running smoothly
Be ready to lend a hand outside the machine when the crew needs it

Experience: 6–10 years of heavy equipment operation in construction
Certification: OSHA 10 required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass an onsite operating test
Must have a clean driver’s license and be willing to complete a yearly DOT physical
Must be willing to labor and work alongside the crew when needed
Drug testing required
