$28–$38/hour
Consistent full-time schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers
Perform grading, cut and fill, and site preparation
Execute trenching and excavation for utilities and sitework
Read and follow blueprints and daily work plans
Work safely in active job sites
Coordinate with crew members on-site
Inspect and maintain equipment
Follow OSHA and company safety standards
2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework
Ability to read blueprints and site layouts
Strong understanding of job site safety
OSHA 10 preferred (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work independently
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and transportation
