You are a hands-on HVAC foreman who leads from the jobsite, keeps crews productive, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plan.
Hourly pay range of $45 to $60 per hour, based on experience

Lead HVAC Installation crews while working alongside them in the field
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to meet project schedules
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment on active job sites
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA standards
Communicate clearly with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members
Track daily progress, labor hours, and material usage
Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, and documentation
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
Job based out of the Bronx, NY with primary work throughout Manhattan

Minimum of 2 years of managing HVAC installations jobsite experience
Proven experience supervising crews and managing daily jobsite operations
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and work plans
Experience coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors
Ability to work in physically demanding environments including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights when required
Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Valid driver’s license
Commitment to jobsite safety, quality work, and team leadership
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!
