Work on advanced HVAC systems, including VRF, VRV, geothermal, and high-efficiency equipment

Lead HVAC service and installation teams in Mahopac, New York and surrounding Putnam County areas
Supervise field operations while actively working alongside technicians
Plan and assign daily tasks to meet service and project timelines
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment across job sites
Ensure all work meets specifications, codes, and company standards
Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain safe job sites
Communicate with service managers, project managers, and team members
Track job progress, labor hours, and material usage
Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and timecards
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional

8 to 10 plus years of HVAC field service experience, including central air, VRV, VRF, and gas furnaces
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in HVAC service or installation
EPA Universal 608 certification required
Valid driver’s license required
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Experience with service software, such as ServiceTitan, preferred
Demonstrated alignment with company values and accountability mindset
