Your New Role

As a Fiberglass Technician, you’ll work in a team of 2-4 on projects that require precision and a high attention to detail. Your daily tasks will include:

• Using hand rollers to consolidate resin into fiberglass cloth
• Cutting, sanding, and drilling to achieve required shapes
• Conducting on-site field service at customer locations as needed
• Operating powered hand tools, such as air sanders, air files, and grinders
• Reading tape measures accurately, and using ladders safely for various tasks
• Optional: Plastic welding, if you have the experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with powered hand tools (e.g., air sanders, air files, air grinders)
• Ability to read tape measures with accuracy
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 40 pounds
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Plastic welding experience (preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
