Hourly pay of $32–$40 based on your experience and skills
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Overtime may be required on additional days
10% shift differential applies

As the Fabrication Lead, you'll work closely with the production team to help guide day-to-day operations. You'll support welders, fabricators, and shop staff in staying on track, maintaining quality, and working safely. You’ll also assist in training new team members and play a key role in improving how things are done on the floor.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading and supporting a team of shop workers
Helping keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
Training new team members and reinforcing safety guidelines
Coordinating the flow of work to stay on schedule
Checking layout, fit-up, and final welds for quality
Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
Using tools and equipment common in steel fabrication
Communicating with management and reporting issues as needed
Physical Expectations:
This is a physically active role. You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift, regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, handling steel components, and working in a fast-paced, industrial shop environment with heat, noise, and tight spaces.

Minimum of 3 years of welding experience
At least 1 year of experience running a shop, shift, or leading production teams
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Familiar with structural steel materials, sizes, and grades
Skilled in reading measurements and using layout tools
Comfortable using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
Focused on safety and experienced with PPE
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
