Your New Role

As an Expert Electrician, you’ll take full ownership of residential electrical service calls, from inspection to repair to system improvement recommendations. This role is based in Grain Valley, MO and services a 20-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, modify, and repair residential electrical systems and equipment

• Inspect components such as panels, transformers, and switches

• Diagnose issues and provide customers with clear options using a straight-forward pricing guide

• Communicate directly with homeowners and explain work performed

• Offer and explain club memberships to customers

• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions

• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Uphold the company’s values and code of ethics

• 3+ years of experience in the electrical trade

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Familiarity with NEC and residential electrical systems

• Strong communication skills with clients and team

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable with ladders, confined spaces, and physically demanding work
