Your New Role

As the Estimating Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse keeping our transactions and communications running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing internal and external transactions for the department
  • Handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Excel to maintain schedules, documents, and records
  • Keeping workflows organized and on track
  • Learning department processes quickly and applying them efficiently

Job requirements

  • Must be local to Highlands County (close proximity may be considered)
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is a plus

  • Eager and quick to learn new processes
