Your New Role

As our new Energy Lighting Specialist, you’ll be more than a sales representative. You’re a trusted advisor, guiding businesses through energy-efficient transformations and lighting upgrades. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Partner with our Energy Solutions sales team to market energy-efficient lighting systems to commercial/industrial clients.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying tailored energy-saving solutions for their needs.
  • Conduct lighting surveys and audits, prepare ROI calculations, and manage utility rebate and project proposals.
  • Deliver consultations to guide customers through the decision-making process with ease.
  • Manage an active pipeline of surveys to consistently meet targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry innovations and lighting technologies through continuous training.

Job requirements

  • Active/valid driver's license
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Energy & Lighting Industry
  • Solid understanding of lighting products & projects, including energy savings, ROI, and utility rebates
  • Experience with rebate & grant paperwork
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
