Your New Role:

As a Mister Sparky electrician, you’ll be responsible for solving a wide range of electrical issues in private homes and businesses, from fixing wiring and electrical panels to installing smart home systems and safety devices. Every day you’ll tackle projects that make a real difference in people’s lives, ensuring their homes are safer than when you arrived. You’ll also work independently, build strong customer relationships, and be empowered to take ownership of your work from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and determine the necessary repairs
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs
• Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to present repair or installation options clearly and complete safety inspections
• Identify and procure the right materials for repair projects
• Ensure every customer feels secure, informed, and satisfied

This Job Is For You If:

• You have a Texas State electrical license (Journeyman, Wireman, or Master)
• You have at least 2 years of residential experience or 4 years of total electrical experience
• You’re committed to delivering top-tier customer service and can explain issues to clients clearly
• You’re comfortable using technology to enhance your work
• You have a clean driving record, can pass a background check, and are drug-free

• Texas State electrical license (Journeyman, Wireman, or Master)
