Base salary starting at $115,000+, depending on experience
10% incentive bonus based on company performance

Lead and supervise electrical maintenance operations in Mullan, ID
Direct daily activities of mine electricians, ensuring safe and efficient work practices
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance and emergency electrical repairs
Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations, company policies, and safety standards
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems including power distribution, motors, transformers, PLCs, and instrumentation
Coordinate with mine operations, contractors, and maintenance teams to meet production goals
Monitor system performance and adjust priorities to maintain uptime and reliability
Review and manage work orders, reports, and maintenance documentation
Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical team members
Support risk assessments, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee electrical projects and ensure quality execution from start to finish
Adapt to scheduling changes based on operational demands with appropriate notice

5 to 7 years of experience in mining, industrial electrical, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience supervising or leading electrical teams
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, motors, and instrumentation
Ability to troubleshoot, inspect, test, and repair complex electrical systems
Familiarity with MSHA regulations and industrial safety standards
Journeyman Electrician license in Idaho or reciprocal state preferred
Experience working in underground mining environments preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
