Your New Role

Based in Houston, TX, you’ll:

• Manage commercial and light industrial electrical projects from start to finish

• Interpret blueprints, develop job plans, order materials, and coordinate manpower

• Keep projects on track, on time, on budget, and on point

• Supervise and mentor field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to meet project goals

• Monitor field progress, track costs, and manage documentation and change orders

• Support preconstruction efforts with estimating and scheduling expertise

• 7 - 10 years of electrical field experience (Required)

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Texas preferred)

• Proven experience managing commercial and/or light industrial electrical projects

• Strong blueprint reading and job layout skills

• Track record of leading field crews and maintaining tight project schedules

• Familiarity with NEC, OSHA safety standards, and local inspection processes

• Basic proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and digital job tracking tools

• Solid leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to juggle multiple jobs and priorities without missing a beat
