Based in Houston, TX, you’ll:
Manage commercial and light industrial electrical projects from start to finish
Interpret blueprints, develop job plans, order materials, and coordinate manpower
Keep projects on track, on time, on budget, and on point
Supervise and mentor field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to meet project goals
Monitor field progress, track costs, and manage documentation and change orders
Support preconstruction efforts with estimating and scheduling expertise

7 - 10 years of electrical field experience (Required)
Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Texas preferred)
Proven experience managing commercial and/or light industrial electrical projects
Strong blueprint reading and job layout skills
Track record of leading field crews and maintaining tight project schedules
Familiarity with NEC, OSHA safety standards, and local inspection processes
Basic proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and digital job tracking tools
Solid leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple jobs and priorities without missing a beat
