Your New Role

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating team management, client relations, and project oversight

• Maintain communication with builders, purchasing agents, and inspectors, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations

• Supervise residential electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards

• Monitor and improve work processes to ensure quality and efficiency across all projects

• Strategize growth and operational improvements to establish Haskins Electric’s reputation in the Prescott, AZ area

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience with a strong management background

• Proven leadership experience in electrical contracting or a similar field

• Ability to work effectively with builders, inspectors, and purchasing agents

• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for the past 39 months

• Journeyman license preferred but not required
