What You’ll Do
As our Electrical Foreman, you’ll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of electrical projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Setting the standard for workplace safety by adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Managing and mentoring a team of electricians, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Planning and coordinating labor, materials, and budgets to maintain project momentum.
- Reviewing blueprints and schematics to guarantee accurate installations.
- Upholding company standards with strict quality control measures.
- Building strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Troubleshooting technical issues on-site to keep projects on track.
- Collaborating with project managers to achieve key milestones and objectives.

Job requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the electrical trade.
- Proven ability to manage teams and project budgets of $700K–$3M.
- Strong background in commercial construction, including new builds and remodels.
- Proficient in material procurement, labor forecasting, and “as-builts.”
- Expertise in industry codes, installation methods, and power systems.
- OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Relocation to Phoenix, Arizona, before start date.
