Your New Role

As an Electrical Field Engineer, you'll be the technical force that ensures everything on-site aligns with the plan, from layout to execution. You'll support Project Managers, collaborate with vendors and field crews, solve problems before they escalate, and own the field-level technical detail. Based in Phoenix, AZ, your day-to-day includes:

• Supporting Project Managers with deadlines, budgets, and field execution

• Verifying compliance with engineering standards and specifications

• Preparing and updating field installation/layout drawings

• Coordinating with other trades and vendors via shop drawings

• Performing field surveys, verifying conditions, and solving design conflicts

• Managing control estimates and site material requisitions

• Ensuring field teams have current specs, drawings, and changes

• Maintaining accurate as-built records and field documentation

• Providing real-time interpretation of NEC code and construction details

• 3+ years in electrical construction

• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

• Experience on large electrical construction projects ($1M+)

• CAD proficiency and computer literacy

Preferred Skills

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering

• Hands-on field experience as a licensed journeyman, foreman, superintendent, or field engineer
