Your New Role

• Answer inbound customer calls and gather accurate service details in Woodland, CA

• Schedule plumbing service appointments using ServiceTitan

• Dispatch technicians based on availability, skill set, location, and job urgency

• Handle same-day and emergency service requests with efficiency and accuracy

• Monitor technician routes, job progress, and arrival times throughout the day

• Communicate schedule updates and changes with technicians in real time

• Maintain detailed job notes, customer records, and appointment logs

• Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer service on every interaction

• 3 to 5 years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience

• Proficiency with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to think quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day

• Comfortable using scheduling software and maintaining accurate digital records
