Your New Role

Location: Spicewood, TX

  • Coordinate and schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments

  • Dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan and monitor daily job progress

  • Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and scheduling changes

  • Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency

  • Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and scheduling information

  • Assist with workload balancing, route planning, and emergency scheduling needs

  • Collaborate with technicians, managers, and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first call to job completion

  • Help maintain strong communication between customers and field technicians

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to coordinate multiple technicians and appointments simultaneously

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to remain calm and effective during high-volume call periods

  • Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with ServiceTitan preferred

  • Familiarity with Avoca or other AI-assisted communication tools preferred

  • Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, home services, or related service industries preferred
