Your New Role

Based in Fenton, Missouri, you’ll:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching based on skill, availability, and urgency

• Maintain real-time communication between field techs and the office to ensure efficiency

• Use software to log calls, update schedules, and track job progress

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and job completion

• Keep operations humming through proactive problem-solving and detail-focused coordination

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities

• Tech-savvy – comfortable navigating dispatching and scheduling software

• Organized and reliable under pressure

• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is preferred but not required

• Must have reliable transportation – this is an in-office position

• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
