Your New Role

As our Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Answering customer calls within two rings and scheduling plumbing services.
Dispatching technicians to jobs that match their expertise.
Communicating with customers to confirm schedules, provide updates, and answer any questions.
Supporting the management team with clerical and administrative tasks.
Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation, with a flexible schedule that includes some weekends and holidays.

Job requirements

1-3 years of experience in dispatching and customer service.
2 years of experience in administration or the home service industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to type at least 45 words per minute and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting and sit for extended periods.
Familiarity with DESCO software (a plus but not required).
