We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative who can turn inbound calls into booked opportunities while delivering a professional, organized, and customer-first experience from the very first conversation.
$50,000–$75,000 base salary plus monthly commission opportunities

Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from residential customers
Schedule appointments for HVAC service, maintenance, and replacement consultations
Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners to understand their needs
Accurately document customer information and update CRM records
Coordinate with sales managers and internal teams to route leads appropriately
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain strong attention to detail in a high-volume office environment
Track appointment bookings and customer interactions
Work on-site in Mahopac, New York

3–5 years of customer service, call center, inside sales, or administrative support experience
Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with computers and CRM or scheduling software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Full-time, in-office availability required
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
