Opportunity to transition into a Tuesday through Saturday schedule once fully trained
Answer inbound customer calls using company-approved customer service and scheduling procedures
Schedule HVAC service appointments and sales calls efficiently and accurately
Recommend additional services and maintenance options when appropriate
Support outbound calling efforts for scheduling and customer follow-up
Maintain accurate customer information and service records
Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and membership renewals
Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling, invoicing, service timelines, and HVAC services
Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians to support efficient daily operations
Review completed service work orders for accuracy and completion
Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and clear communication
Maintain company standards for professionalism, customer care, and workplace safety

Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and data entry skills
Geographic knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills preferred
Willingness to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule after training
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to sit for extended periods while operating computer and phone systems
Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy in high-volume situations
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
